I saw you post about 3 hour leg days. I was just curious what you do for 3 hours. I just started lifting and the beginners routines last like 30 minutes tops :/

Hi love! Just as a little advice as you begin your journey: try not to compare your chapter one to someone else’s chapter ten. Everyone needs to start somewhere.💜 I wish someone said that to me when I was trying to get into lifting. And I’ve got a list in my notebook, I’ll try and post a few of my exercises tomorrow! :)

I'd like your input please. I remember a while ago you told an anon that because you have Latina genes, you'll always have a little extra no matter how hard you work in the gym. My case is similar to yours. I have skinny genes. My mom is 5'3" 110lbs my dad is 5'9" 140lbs. They're tiny. My calves they're tough as shit to train. Its been 3 months of lifting and I see tiny progress. I'm thinking giving up. I feel my genes refuse body transformation. Any help or advice. Anything from you please?

You may have misinterpreted what I meant or I’m a dummy and said it the wrong way. Me being Hispanic does cause me to hold a little more weight around my booty and thighs, however it’s still possible to decrease that. It just takes more work for me. Do not give up. I know you will see more progress. You just need to be patient with your body. It’s the only one you’ll ever have, don’t give up on it.
